While we conduct due diligence and work with verified international partners, Auto Elite Pick is not liable for manufacturer defects, third-party errors, or delays caused by external entities such as customs authorities or transport agents.
We provide expert advisory and management services based on information available at the time. All final purchase decisions rest solely with the client.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our services, all initial consultation and sourcing fees are non-refundable. In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered only if Auto Elite Pick fails to commence the service within the agreed timeframe, and no vehicle search or import process has begun.
Refund requests must be made in writing to support@autoelitepick.com within 7 calendar days of engagement and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not applicable for:
